Connect a technician to your computer

How it works

1. 1Call your Evansville IT technician. They will tell you which download to pick.
2. 2Open the file after it downloads. On Windows you may see a “Windows protected your PC” screen — click More info then Run anyway.
3. 3Read your ID and the 6-digit code back to the technician.
4. 4Approve the connection when prompted. That's it — we're in.

You stay in control the whole time: you can see the technician's cursor, and you can end the session by closing the app. Nothing runs after you close it.
